Alistair Donald is a Church of Scotland minister who is now a university chaplain. He worked as an environmental scientist before being called to the ministry, and spent ten years as a parish minister in Aberdeenshire. He has a strong interest in apologetics, especially the relation of science and Christian faith. Alistair is a former Trustee of RH and is currently the Company Secretary.
Gordon is married to Fiona and they have two sons John and Andrew. Before being called to ministry Gordon worked as a Civil Engineer with Strathclyde Regional Council. Gordon has served in the parishes of New Cumnock, Portpatrick and St Ninians Stranraer and presently at Craiglockhart in Edinburgh. Gordon has an ongoing interest in Old Testament studies and Biblical Theology.
Andrew is Minister of Inverness East Church, Prof of Theology in the University of the Highlands and Islands and Honorary Prof in Reformed Doctrine at the University of Aberdeen. He was Principal of Highland Theological College from 1994-2009. Andrew chairs the Theological Commission of the World Reformed Fellowship, is President of the Scottish Evangelical Theology Society and Chairman of Rutherford House. He also chairs the RH Research Committee which organises the Edinburgh Dogmatics Conference. Andrew is married to June and they have three sons.
Robert Nelson is an Elder in Holyrood Evangelical Church. Prior to retirement he was Finance Director with Crossreach. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
Jonathan was raised in Northern Ireland but has lived in Scotland for over twenty years. He is married to Judith and has two young sons, Caleb and Ethan, and a young daughter, Rosie-Joy. He worked in mental health, homelessness and addiction before studying for the ministry at Glasgow University and Reformed Theological Seminary in the US. Jonathan is minister in Robroyston Church and is a prison chaplain in Barlinnie prison since 2010.
Peter Chirnside recently retired from the Scottish Bible Society. His main responsibility there was to deliver different methods Bible Engagement to a variety of church groups. Before that he worked with Tearfund for thirty years and directed the work in Scotland with a particular emphasis on training and equipping volunteers to represent Tearfund. Pete is married to Fiona and they have two children and six grandsons. Pete attends Bargeddie Church of Scotland and is their Presbytery Elder. He is the vice convenor of the World Church committee on Hamilton Presbytery.
Judith Keefe is married to Jonathan and prior to looking after their children full time worked within Mental Health Services in Glasgow as an Occupational Therapist. She is involved locally supporting various ministries within Robroyston Church and is the founder of the web resource, Under the Rainbow.
Gordon Macdonald has been a Parliamentary Officer with CARE since 1999. He has an interest in political theology and conducted research on the Christian understanding of marriage within the civil law. Gordon currently serves on the board at the Solas Centre for Public Christianity, serves as convenor of the Scottish Committee of Care not Killing and is a trustee of the National Prayer Breakfast for Scotland. Gordon worships at Kirkintilloch Baptist Church. He is married to Jennifer and they have five children.
Fergus Buchanan is minister at St Paul’s Parish Church, Milngavie.
Robert Calvert is minister at Steeple Church, Nethergate, Dundee.
